Gertens is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support print production, signage, digital displays, and marketing project coordination across the Gertens Family of Businesses. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and retail locations to bring campaigns from concept to completion in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

A strong eye for visual presentation and organization is essential. Experience with signage, print workflows, and digital advertising is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graphic design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate print production, signage, and distribution across locations.
• Conduct signage quality checks and asset organization.
• Manage marketing projects from request to delivery with timelines.
• Update in-store digital displays and billboard content.
• Assist with photography, video shoots, and marketing meetings.
