Job summary

Gertens Family of Businesses is seeking an intern to contribute to our e-Commerce efforts, updating our website and Amazon listings while expanding our online presence.

You will create engaging social media content, develop digital campaigns, and help identify new marketing opportunities. The internship culminates in a presentation of your project results to the team.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

Gertens is looking for an individual with Marketing, Advertising, Business or related background and training. Qualified candidates should be creative, motivated and have strong communication skills along with a desire to learn and grow.

Desired majors, Class Level

Areas of study including but not limited to Marketing, Advertising, or Business and working towards Bachelors, Associate or Certificates are acceptable. Interns may be enrolled as Junior through postgraduate.

Responsibility

This position will include working on e-Commerce, including updating and improving our website and Amazon stores. Responsibilities will also include creating and managing social media content, developing engaging posts and other digital content, and helping strengthen Gertens’ online presence. The position will research new e-Commerce and digital marketing opportunities and tactics for Gertens to explore, redesign and improve websites, and participate in other digital and marketing projects. Individual Intern Project with presentation sharing knowledge gained and benefits of the internship experience and project results.

Intern will work up to 40 hours per week
