Gensler in New York is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to own end-to-end production of marketing collateral and proposal sections. You will partner with senior marketers, designers, and strategists across financial services, professional services, and other workplace industries for influential clients in New York and beyond.

This role blends production, collaboration, and learning, with mentorship from a senior marketer for the first six months.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing or communications experience

Responsabilités

• End-to-end production of marketing collateral, BD assets, and proposal sections
• Partnership with marketing specialists and leaders on proposal development, design, and writing in alignment with Gensler's brand standards
• Contribution to pursuit planning and win strategy conversations
• Multiple parallel projects and deadlines, with the discipline to manage them without sacrificing quality
• Marketing resources - resumes, case stories, project libraries - kept current, accurate, and trusted
• Deep familiarity with Gensler's portfolio, practice areas, and firm-wide capabilities
• Special projects that elevate the quality of our marketing output
