Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and impactful graphic design skills and strong presentations.
• Mastery of InDesign is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead production for pursuit deliverables in assigned studios/practice areas from lead→win/loss.
• Coordinate BD activity: manage incoming leads, follow‑up, and status updates; maintain CRM/Salesforce entries.
• Build schedule/workplans; assign tasks; drive deadlines across marketing and technical contributors.
• Write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and tailored collateral to brand standards.
• Develop project narratives, leadership bios, case stories, and qualifications packages.
• Maintain current resumes, case libraries, and sector capability materials.
• Complete, on‑brand proposal packages and interview decks.
