Jacob’s Pillow Marketing Coordinator role in Becket, MA focuses on developing and executing email campaigns, content collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, and supporting overall marketing strategy for performances, School programs, and archives.

The position offers in-person summer work with onsite room and board, and remote work may be possible September–May. Strong writing, organization, and CRM experience are valued for audience growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing, social media or related roles.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Write and create Jacob’s Pillow email campaigns and automations, newsletters, and fundraising appeals.
• Collaborate on digital and social advertising with Capacity and internal teams; support CRM efforts.
• Maintain website pages, SEO, analytics, and audience reporting; support cross‑functional marketing activities.
• Assist in training interns and staff; help ensure consistent brand voice across channels.
