Qualifikationen

• Seven or more years as an HR generalist with recruiting/onboarding ownership.
• Experience running a training calendar and tracking completion in a LMS.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, onboarding, and electronic signature workflows.
• Familiarity with Paycom modules for applicant tracking, onboarding and learning.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.

Aufgaben

• Run recruiting calendar for year-round, seasonal and temporary positions.
• Issue Letters of Agreement through DocuSign within two business days of acceptance.
• Oversee onboarding checklists across tracks (year-round, seasonal, temporary, executive).
• Plan May onboarding waves with cross-functional teams (IT, Producing, Housing).
• Own training calendar, schedule required trainings, and track completion in Paycom Learning.
• Maintain personnel files, issue verification letters, and respond to employment verifications.
