Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Bryn Mawr, PA. This role supports the Marketing and Business Development Team and works with internal departments and outside agencies to develop high-quality marketing activities that promote the company's therapeutic services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing and promotion experience.
• Budget or P&L management experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive annual marketing plan to achieve objectives.
• Assist partners in creating and delivering marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional meetings and presentations with internal staff.
• Support field staff with marketing materials.
• Create content for newsletters, emails, social media, and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and other digital tools.
• Track campaigns, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys and build custom reports.
• Manage project meetings and timelines; keep stakeholders accountable.
