Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing and promotion.
• Budget or P&L management experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the annual marketing plan.
• Assist partners in creating and delivering marketing activities.
• Coordinate promotional meetings and presentations.
• Support field staff with marketing materials.
• Craft content for newsletters, email marketing, social media; ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with social media marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM and other digital tools.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder surveys.
• Build custom in-market reports and analyze data.
• Manage project meetings and timelines with stakeholders.
