Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing and Business Development Team in promoting our autism therapy services from our Bryn Mawr, PA office.

You will develop and execute the annual marketing plan, create content for social media and newsletters, manage campaigns, and analyze results, collaborating with internal staff and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years marketing and promotion experience.
• Budget or P&L management experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a strong collaborator in a cross-functional team.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is looking for its newest addition to the team. The Marketing Coordinator position is an integral part in Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism.

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and is based out of our Bryn Mawr, PA location. This individual will work specifically with the Marketing and Business Development Team, as well as several internal departments and outside agencies, to develop high quality marketing activities that promote the company's business.

Education and Experience

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or another related field
• 3 to 5 years successful marketing and promotion experience
• Budget or P&L management experience
• Proven organizational, time-management and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and be a strong collaborator in a cross-functional team
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Work from Bryn Mawr, PA office 5 days per week.

• Hours of work: 8:30a to 5:00p; must fulfill the duties of the position regardless of the number of hours worked. May vary depending on current recruitment projects. See offer letter for assigned hours. May be changed at any time based on changing company needs.
• Performing these duties on a full-time basis is an essential function of this position.
