Job summary

GFO HOME LLC seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Director of Corporate Marketing across Austin and DFW divisions. You will brainstorm, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives, manage digital assets, and support events.

You will work with sales teams, maintain website data, and use Lasso CRM for email campaigns and reporting. Proficiency in MS Office, Google tools, and Canva is expected; 2–4 years marketing experience and real estate/homebuilder exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office including Teams and Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Forms, Sheets for data collection and reporting.
• Experience with MLS data and website data entry preferred.
• Canva for creating social media assets and marketing materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Marketing to brainstorm and execute community-specific and division-level marketing initiatives to drive sales traffic.
• Coordinate with division sales teams to prioritize information needs and marketing priorities.
• Update and maintain website floorplans, inventories, and community updates; ensure content accuracy.
• Manage incoming marketing requests and prepare marketing collateral and digital assets.
• Load and audit photos on the website and MLS; ensure photography is up-to-date.
• Conduct website and MLS audits to ensure content accuracy.
• Input pricing, inventory changes, and home information on website and MLS.
• Use the CRM (Lasso) for email campaigns and reporting.
• Maintain marketing supplies inventory at corporate and division levels.
• Assist in new community openings with Interest lists, collateral, and print materials.
• Support consumer and Realtor events execution with marketing materials.
• Create email marketing, social media posts, website updates, and community flyers.
• Weekend hours may be required for model grand openings or events.
