The Corporate Recruiter is dedicated to seek out those whowill become the future of Robins & Morton. He/she helps to evaluate andanalyze company needs, to seek out opportunities and to develop creativeapproaches to staffing construction projects across the United States.

  • Build& maintain network of contacts to help identify & source qualifiedcandidates.
  • Createand place job postings using various sources.
  • Contributeto establishment of an “employer of choice” reputation for the company.
  • Developand maintain recruiting agreements with outside recruiting firms.
  • Strategizewith hiring managers to establish recruiting objectives and developcorresponding recruiting strategy
  • Maintainregular contact with possible future candidates.
  • Maintaincomplete recruiting/prospect log for tracking potential candidates.
  • Continuouslyevaluate effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Researchand recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Participatein R&M learning and development opportunities.
  • Maintaintechnological and recruitment process knowledge in order to provide themost innovative recruitment efforts for the company.
  • Manageinterview process for all potential salaried candidates.
  • Facilitatehiring of qualified team members for salaried positions.
  • Implementrecruiting & interviewing plan for each open position & presentqualified candidates to management.
  • Performother special projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor’sdegree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in constructionrecruiting.
  • Effectiveverbal and written communications skills.
  • Abilityto establish professional, trusting and meaningful relationships withcandidates, potential candidates, clients, industry professionals andRobins & Morton staff.
  • Abilityto work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision, and to identify andresolve problems timely.
  • Excellentorganization skills.
  • Generalknowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Mustdemonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
