Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field.
• 6 months - 2 years of marketing experience with successful outcomes.
• 2+ years of progressive marketing experience; agency experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; project management tools.
• Experience with multi-culture campaigns and collaboration with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, proofread, and adapt content for member, provider, digital, print, social media, email, presentation, and internal communications materials.
• Support campaign planning and execution; maintain production schedules and content calendars; coordinate deliverables and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to gather inputs and meet deadlines.
• Prepare materials for regulatory, brand, accessibility, and legal reviews; ensure final materials are publication-ready.
• Assist with website updates, email deployments, social posting, file management, and basic campaign reporting.
