Ideal candidates are early in their career, strong writers, curious, and able to simplify complex topics for business audiences while collaborating with internal experts and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, product marketing, social media, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to communicate complicated ideas simply and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and coordinate content across blogs, articles, case studies, guides, emails, website pages, and other channels.
• Help turn complex AI and recruiting technology concepts into clear, engaging stories for business audiences.
• Repurpose larger content assets into social posts, blogs, email content, sales materials, and other formats.
• Maintain editorial calendars and help coordinate content development across internal subject matter experts.
