Job summary

Adena Corporation in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, communications, and business development initiatives across the Adena Family of Companies. You will maintain marketing collateral, coordinate internal and external communications, and help prepare proposals to showcase our capabilities in a fast-paced construction environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, PR, or related field; 2+ years experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing social media campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of branding and marketing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creative thinker with innovative marketing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule social media content across company channels.
• Coordinate internal communications and the company newsletter.
• Support development of press releases and project highlights.
• Maintain project facts sheets and marketing collateral.
• Update Retriever with project information and digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across materials and campaigns.
• Assist with events, outreach initiatives, and trade shows.
• Provide admin support to the Marketing Manager.
