Job summary

Vidya Brands Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive B2B marketing and sales support for our folding box business. You will create targeted marketing plans for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries, manage trade shows, and support the sales team with compelling product materials.

You will oversee digital content, including our website and LinkedIn, and collaborate with design and compliance teams to ensure accurate marketing messages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Past experience in food, cosmetics, or medical packaging is highly preferred.
• Regulatory awareness of FDA regulations, food-grade materials, or pharmaceutical packaging standards is a plus.
• Proficiency with digital tools like email marketing software, social media schedulers, and basic design programs.
• Strong writing skills; ability to explain technical packaging safety rules clearly to buyers.

Responsibilities

• Industry-Specific Sales Support: Create catalogs, samples, and presentations for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical brands.
• Trade Show Management: Plan and run booths at packaging trade shows, manage shipping, display boxes, and meeting schedules.
• Digital & Content Marketing: Run the website and LinkedIn page; share high-quality photos of retail boxes to showcase printing and design skills.
• Market Research & Compliance: Track trends in food safety regulations, luxury cosmetic styles, and medical packaging rules; monitor competitors.
• Team Collaboration: Work with structural design, safety compliance, and sales teams to ensure marketing messages are accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry-Specific Sales Support: Create catalogs, samples, and presentations for food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical brands. Highlight our strict safety standards, luxury finishing options, and barrier coating tech.
• Trade Show Management: Plan and run our booths at packaging trade shows. Manage shipping, display boxes, and schedules for client meetings.
• Digital & Content Marketing: Run our website and LinkedIn page. Share high-quality photos of our recent retail boxes to show off our printing and design skills.
• Market Research & Compliance: Track trends in food safety regulations, luxury cosmetic styles, and medical packaging rules. Monitor what competitors are doing.
