Accurate Box Company in Paterson, NJ is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support content creation, social media, internal communications, and event planning. Responsibilities

• Develop, proofread, and edit marketing and internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, and event content.
• Update website content for SEO and refresh visuals as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create and update brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Participate in sales meetings and assist with presentation materials
• Maintain plant-wide signage and postings
• Help create and manage social media content across platforms, tracking performance metrics
• Assist in the creation of ad content for annual advertising partnerships, and research new or alternative markets and platforms
• Research and recommend new tools, platforms, or content ideas to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Support trade show preparation, including booth design, coordination, reservations, and sample collection
• Help plan and promote company events such as the annual company picnic, Bring Your Child to Work Day, and Breast Cancer Awareness Day
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and untapped opportunities
• Assist the Graphic Designer in creating, printing, and cutting mock-ups and samples
• Other projects and tasks assigned as necessary

Job description

We are a well-established litho-laminated box manufacturer in Paterson, NJ, proudly serving our industry for over 80 years. We're looking for a motivated entry level Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support a variety of marketing initiatives including content creation, social media, internal communications, and event planning.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently. You'll work closely with different departments in a collaborative, fun, and supportive work environment where new ideas are encouraged.

Job Description:

• Develop, proofread, and edit marketing and internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, and event content. This includes attending all company events to gather content and insights for these materials
• Update website content for SEO and refresh visuals as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create and update brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Participate in sales meetings and assist with presentation materials
• Maintain plant-wide signage and postings
• Help create and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), by tracking performance metrics and engagement trends while also supporting the creation and monitoring of LinkedIn Ad campaigns and analytics
• Assist in the creation of ad content for annual advertising partnerships, and research new or alternative markets and platforms for future advertising opportunities
• Research and recommend new tools, platforms, or content ideas to support marketing and sales initiatives
• Support trade show preparation, including booth design, coordination, reservations, and the collection of samples and giveaways
• Help plan and promote company events, such as the annual company picnic, Bring Your Child to Work Day, and Breast Cancer Awareness Day
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and untapped opportunities, including visiting club stores and other locations to gather insights
• Assist the Graphic Designer in creating, printing, and cutting mock-ups and samples
• Other projects and tasks assigned as necessary

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal direction or supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with InDesign and Canva is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Base Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000

Total Compensation:

Base Salary, Performance Bonus*, Profit Sharing*
