We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who can bring creativity, strategy, and structure to our marketing efforts. While you may support multiple brands, your primary focus will be on our high-growth wellness clinic brand. Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or spa marketing is highly preferred.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a full-time remote position within our Marketing Department. This position is responsible for creating and executing our digital strategy across email, social media, websites, and internal communications. You’ll collaborate with marketing leadership to create engaging, on-brand content that drives traffic, builds brand awareness, and generates leads. The role requires someone who is self-motivated and detailed-oriented with an innovative attitude and can balance several tasks to help enhance our digital marketing platforms as a vital communication tool for our customers. Having an understanding or having previous marketing experience within the medical spa and wellness community is a plus.

This position will report to the Marketing Manager and the candidate will adhere to the team’s brand strategy and guidelines when developing content for all digital platforms and assisting in the management of assigned digital media responsibilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to deliver key business goals through content (including internal communications, graphic design, digital marketing promotions, lead generation efforts, and generating marketing qualified leads), digital marketing and internal communications.
• Create and support campaigns executed through marketing platforms with multichannel tactics, including social media, digital, emails, SMS, and other digital channels.
• Write and edit content for multichannel distribution, including in-clinic, websites, email, print, social, digital signage, video and more. Produce relevant content that adheres to brand standards and messaging guidelines and can utilize our AI content development tools. Content development includes some of the following:
• Produce content for social media sites including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Coordinate outsourcing additional content development with freelancers.
• Graphic Design – Use Adobe creative suite or Canva to generate content for social media, web, and print, and imagery aligned with brand style guidelines.
• Copy Writing – Write preliminary website, social and email marketing content to promote brand awareness and calls to action that aligns with customer values.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Minimum of 1 year experience working directly for a brand or within an agency. Medical aesthetics, wellness, or spa marketing experience is highly preferred.
• Must be self-directed, detail-oriented and can organize and schedule work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all departments and externally.
• Ability to work both independently and the desire to learn more as we grow.
• Ability to multitask and re-prioritize assignments appropriately, while maintaining an ability to juggle numerous projects simultaneously.
• Video and image content creation for social media
• Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Immersed in social networks (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others)
• Strong visual eye for social media graphics, photography, videos, copy, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and social platforms.
• Experience with WordPress , Go High Level, or similar CMS platforms.
• Intense passion for helping us grow digital marketing aspects of the business.
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• A proactive attitude and strong time management skills delivering to meet deadlines.
• Solutions oriented approach to work and possesses a strong willingness to venture into the unknown, experiment, and work collaboratively.

Education & Experience

• Experience with Teams, Meta, TikTok, Canva, Jasper or Claude AI, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or spa marketing.
• A degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design, preferred but not required.
• Veterans and Military experience are also welcome.
  
  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
