The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day marketing activities that support the company’s digital marketing, social media, sales enablement, events, and marketing operations. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Content Manager, Digital Marketing Strategist, Product Marketing Manager, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures marketing initiatives are organized, executed accurately, and delivered on schedule.
This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys coordinating and executing projects in a collaborative environment and is excited to continue growing their marketing knowledge. Initially, the role will work from established direction, roadmaps, and approval processes; as performance and judgment are demonstrated, the individual will earn greater ownership of the tasks.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Social Media
- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of the company’s organic social media presence within approved plans and content direction
- Maintaining and executing against the organic social media content calendar and roadmap established with and approved by the Marketing team.
- Coordinating required content reviews and approval workflows.
- Scheduling and publishing approved content through HubSpot.
- Monitoring live social media posts.
- Preparing and/or responding to comments and audience engagement in a timely manner, following established guidance.
- Monitoring reposts and preparing appropriate commentary for review and approval before engagement.
- Creating basic branded social media graphics using established templates and approved direction, with opportunities to play a bigger role in developing creative concepts as the role progresses.
- Ensuring approved content is published accurately and according to schedule.
Paid Social Media
- Support ongoing paid social initiatives by:
- Maintaining existing paid social campaigns within approved campaign plans and established direction.
- Coordinating the drumbeat of paid media activities.
- Supporting Partner Marketing Development Fund (MDF) initiatives.
- Coordinating LinkedIn paid campaigns and partner marketing activities within approved plans and review processes.
- Working with the Digital Marketing Strategist to execute the approved campaign roadmap and ensure campaigns remain organized and active.
- Learning campaign optimization and paid media best practices over time.
Sales Enablement
- Support the Sales organization by:
- Creating and formatting branded sales presentations using approved templates and provided or approved content direction.
- Applying company branding to presentation materials.
- Organizing provided content into presentation templates.
- Coordinating slide deck reviews and approvals.
- Maintaining presentation templates and sales enablement assets.
Marketing Metrics & Reporting
Marketing Metrics & Reporting
- Organic Marketing
- Monitoring social media performance.
- Managing website form submissions.
- Maintaining marketing tracking spreadsheets.
- Preparing reports that include impressions, engagements, reach, and other performance metrics.
- Paid Marketing
- Collecting campaign performance data from HubSpot and LinkedIn.
- Preparing paid social reporting.
- Coordinating reporting for applicable partner MDF programs.
- Assisting with ongoing marketing dashboards and reporting.
- Creating basic brand marketing assets.
- Updating existing marketing materials, such as business cards and evergreen assets
- Assisting with internal logo creation and other routine graphic design requests.
- Internal Marketing & Events. Working with the Events and HR teams, coordinate marketing support for internal initiatives by:
- Supporting newsletters and internal communications.
- Coordinating marketing materials for Team Week, Sales Kickoff (SKO), and employee engagement events.
- Preparing internal marketing collateral.
- Supporting company culture and internal branding initiatives.
- Trade Shows & Events. Working closely with the Events department and the Senior Marketing Manager, coordinate marketing support for trade shows and events by:
- Preparing marketing materials for shipment.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure event readiness.
- Organizing event collateral and marketing assets.
- Receiving, inventorying, and organizing returned trade show materials.
- AI-Assisted Marketing. Leverage approved AI tools to improve productivity and marketing execution. Responsibilities include:
- Using AI to support content research, brainstorming, editing, and organization.
- Assisting with social media content development and optimization.
- Supporting presentation development and content formatting.
- Organizing marketing information and summarizing reports.
- Exploring new AI tools that improve team productivity.
- Reviewing AI-assisted work to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Approximately 0 – 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related business function, including relevant internship or project experience.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to reliably execute against established roadmaps, priorities, and approval workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and technology.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, coachability, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn and grow

- Training and mentorship will be provided to help the successful candidate build expertise in the tools and platforms used by the marketing team. Responsibility and autonomy may expand over time based on demonstrated performance, judgment, and consistency
