Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media management tools.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Experience with Adobe software package.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing projects from concept through completion while managing multiple deadlines.
• Develop and coordinate content for websites, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, case studies, and social media.
• Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, customer events, and promotional materials.
• Manage marketing calendars, project schedules, and communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor marketing performance using website, social media, and campaign analytics, and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain marketing assets, CRM data, promotional inventory, and other marketing records.
• Support the Director of Marketing with strategic initiatives and other marketing activities as needed.

Pay range and compensation package
