Job summary

Blueprint Hires in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to champion marketing collateral and initiatives across our multidisciplinary firm. You will manage collateral from concept through production, support RFQ/P responses, and partner with leaders on messaging.

The right candidate has a bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in marketing, graphic design, and project coordination, with strong InDesign skills and experience in AEC proposals or RFQ/P processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and project coordination.
• Strong Adobe InDesign and graphic design skills.
• AEC proposal or RFQ/P experience is a plus.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus.
