Job summary

Westgate Resorts in Orlando seeks an OPC Agent to promote timeshare tours, book room nights, and provide concierge services at contracted locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Presents and arranges Westgate timeshare tour promotion to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis.
• Arrange and book room nights for guests that walk in to the welcome centers.
• Provides concierge service for contracted locations, including giving directions, maintaining updated information on local area attractions and maintaining a courteous, professional image to guests as a team member of resort.
• Arrange and book tours of the resort for possible timeshare sales.
• Able to work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends and holiday.
• Able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to work various locations and schedules.

SUMMARY

Promotes Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, books room nights, sells attraction tickets, and provides concierge services in contracted locations.

DUTIES

• Presents and arranges Westgate timeshare tour promotion to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITIES

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
