Job description

Innovatis Group is seeking a proactive and service-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing needs of our client communities. This role will take ownership of marketing campaigns and initiatives from development through execution, partnering directly with clients and internal teams to drive engagement and support business goals.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on marketing experience, strong client-facing communication skills, and the ability to independently move work forward while balancing multiple priorities. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys both developing ideas and bringing them to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, web, print, and event channels, managing initiatives from planning through launch and performance reporting.
  • Serve as a day-to-day marketing partner for assigned clients, proactively communicating updates, identifying needs, and ensuring priorities and deliverables stay on track.
  • Develop and manage content for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, websites, landing pages, and other client communications.
  • Maintain and manage social and email content calendars, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables while adapting to shifting priorities and last-minute needs.
  • Manage website and landing page updates, including ongoing site improvements and campaign-specific content.
  • Partner with clients, internal teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to develop collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and other reviewers, including clinical or medical reviewers as applicable, to ensure client content is accurate and appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Contribute to annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and client priorities, helping turn broader strategies into actionable initiatives.
  • Anticipate client and project needs, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring brand consistency, quality, attention to detail, and strong follow-through; coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Perform other duties and support additional projects as needed based on client and business needs.
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, including demonstrated experience independently managing campaigns or marketing initiatives from development through execution.
  • Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders in a professional, service-oriented environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, and judgment, with the ability to establish timelines, coordinate stakeholders, anticipate needs, prioritize competing deadlines, and independently drive work forward.
  • Experience developing and managing content across email, social media, web, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, as well as SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working across standard business technology and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a client services, consulting, association management, or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, healthcare technology, or health-related organizations, particularly developing content for patient, caregiver, or consumer health audiences with sensitivity to health literacy and tone, is a plus.
  • Experience working across multiple clients, brands, or business units simultaneously.
Additional Requirements
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment visa sponsorship.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to commute to the office at least three days per week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Physical requirements: must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed for event support.
