Job summary

APG Cash Drawer LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive regional programs across the Americas. You’ll coordinate trade shows and partner events, manage logistics, and support campaigns aligned with global strategies.

You will develop sales materials, collaborate with design and vendors, and maintain regional collateral and online store content. A proactive, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
• Experience in event coordination, field marketing, or marketing project support.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade shows, distributor events, partner events, and regional activities throughout the Americas.
• Support event logistics including vendor management, registrations, and on-site execution.
• Assist with marketing communications, campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with global marketing strategies.
• Develop and coordinate sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, product information, and customer communications.
• Partner with internal teams, graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update regional marketing collateral and digital sales tools.
• Support distributor and reseller marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and promotional programs.
• Assist with HubSpot database management, contact lists, and marketing data quality.
• Coordinate updates for the North American online store and related content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
