Job summary

APG Cash Drawer is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across the Americas. This role emphasizes event coordination, campaigns, and collaboration with sales teams to drive business growth.

You will assist with logistics, material development, and promotional activities aligned with global strategies while coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Experience in event coordination, field marketing, or marketing project support.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade shows, distributor events, partner events, and regional marketing activities throughout the Americas.
• Support event logistics including vendor management, promotional materials, registrations, and on-site execution.
• Assist with marketing communications, campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with global marketing strategies.
• Develop and coordinate sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, product information, and customer communications.
• Partner with internal teams, graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain and update regional marketing collateral and digital sales tools.
• Support distributor and reseller marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and promotional programs.
• Assist with HubSpot database management, contact lists, and marketing data quality.
• Coordinate updates for the North American online store and related content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
