Michaud Cooley Erickson (MCE) seeks a Staff Electrical/Building Systems Designer to develop floor plans and equipment layouts for small projects. You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager and Lead Designer to translate schematic concepts into construction documents, while applying codes and design standards.

Michaud Cooley Erickson is a full-service engineering firm. We pride ourselves in providing high quality mechanical, electrical, lighting, fire protections, security, technology systems and energy management solutions for clients, as well as unprecedented commissioning to facilitate efficient operations of systems. A Staff role is a designer with a strong foundation of design. This person should be able to take on independent tasks for design up to full design of small projects to be reviewed by others. This person still takes direction for most tasks and works closely with the Project Manager and Lead Designer/Engineer.

Salary Range: $69,500 - $82,000 annually.
Individual employee compensation is determined with a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, knowledge, skills, geography, and performance. Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
