Mercy Dental Group in Madison, WI is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to grow our local practices. You will create content, coordinate campaigns, and use data to guide improvements.

Working with the Director of Marketing & Business Development, you’ll manage social media calendars, track performance, and optimize campaigns across multiple locations. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, communications, or related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience using analytics to evaluate results and improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; working knowledge of social, SEO, email marketing.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for social media, websites, emails, patient communications, and promos.
• Manage social calendars and coordinate photos/videos with practice teams.
• Track campaign performance and patient inquiries and acquisitions.
• Build dashboards, identify trends, and recommend optimization.
• Support SEO, website updates, and marketing campaigns across locations.
• Collaborate with teams and partners on campaign execution and results.

Mercy Dental Group is a locally owned family of dental practices serving the greater Madison area. We're looking for a creative, organized Marketing Coordinator with strong writing skills and an analytical mindset to help grow our practices.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development, you'll create content, coordinate campaigns, and use data to understand what's working and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for social media, websites, emails, patient communications, and promotional materials.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram content calendars and coordinate photos, videos, and updates with practice teams.
• Track campaign performance, including engagement, website conversions, patient inquiries, and new patient acquisition.
• Build clear reports and dashboards, identify trends, and recommend improvements to content, targeting, and spending.
• Support SEO, website updates, and marketing campaigns across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with practice teams and advertising partners on campaign execution and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using marketing analytics to evaluate results and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred:

Hands-on Google Ads experience; familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Looker Studio; and healthcare or multi-location marketing experience.
