Job summary

Mercy Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Dental Assistant in Madison, Wisconsin. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience and prefers bilingual English/Spanish communication.

The team emphasizes a five-star patient service culture and a collaborative work environment. The position offers Monday through Thursday clinical hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a compensation structure based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Chair-side assisting
• Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
• Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
• Instrument sterilization
• Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
• Patient follow up calls
• Taking x-rays and 3D images
• Cross-train and perform duties in both dental assisting and front office operations as needed

Work Schedule:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chair-side assisting
• Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
• Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
• Instrument sterilization
• Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
• Patient follow up calls
• Taking x-rays and 3D images
• The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats with volunteers and team
• Cross-train and perform duties in both dental assisting and front office operations as needed

• Ability to work independently
