Job summary

Integration International Inc. is seeking a contract Project Manager to support ad sales marketing projects across linear and digital platforms in Knoxville.

This 2-month hybrid role requires strong coordination and creative problem solving. You will manage assets, timelines, deliverables, and project records; coordinate with marketing, editorial, clients, agencies and sales teams; and oversee advertiser content including photos, videos and recipes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of professional communication experience.
• 3+ years of creative problem-solving experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail & multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• BA in Communications or equivalent.

Job description

Location: Knoxville, TN | Hybrid – 2 days onsite

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 – No Benefits / No PTO

Duration: 2-Month Contract | Possible Extension/Conversion

Key Responsibilities:

• Support custom ad sales marketing projects across linear & digital platforms

• Manage project assets, timelines, deliverables, and project records

• Coordinate with marketing, editorial, clients, agencies, and sales teams

• Manage advertiser content including photos, videos, and recipes

• Ensure creative quality and accuracy

• Track project status and generate reports

Must Have:

✅ 3+ years of Project Management experience

✅ 3+ years of Professional Communication experience

✅ 3+ years of Creative Problem-Solving experience

✅ Strong organization, attention to detail & multitasking skills

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

✅ Understanding of digital platforms – web, video, mobile & social

Required: BA in Communications or equivalent

Nice to Have: Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Media, or Digital Marketing experience.
