Job summary

PowerPusher is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives within the industrial moving equipment space. The role focuses on translating complex product capabilities into clear messaging for dealers, partners, and end-users, while driving brand growth and revenue generation.

You will own trade show execution, develop content, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with sales and product teams in a hybrid work environment in Shakopee, MN.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B marketing, preferably industrial equipment/technical products.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing functions in a generalist role.
  • Strong technical aptitude to communicate complex product details.
  • Experience with website/CMS platforms, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation (Pardot/MCAE or similar).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives including content creation, digital campaigns, social media, product marketing, and dealer communications.
  • Own end-to-end trade show and industry event execution across the annual calendar, including booth logistics, shipping, vendor coordination, on-site setup, and staff scheduling.
  • Coordinate pre-show and at-show marketing activities, including digital display advertising, email invitations, lead capture setup, giveaways, and booth collateral preparation.
  • Manage post-show lead processing, CRM import, sales handoff, and event ROI reporting to evaluate performance and inform future show selection.
  • Create high-quality, technically accurate content such as blogs, case studies, product sheets, videos, email campaigns, and sales collateral that clearly communicate the value of industrial moving equipment solutions.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns (search, social, email), continuously improving performance through data-driven insights.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, including content planning, publishing, and engagement tracking aligned with B2B audiences.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, technical documentation, and dealer-facing materials.
  • Support product marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy for new and existing products.
  • Support new product launch activities, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and dealer channels.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities within industrial and B2B segments.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and a strong user experience; collaborate with developers or utilize CMS tools as needed.
  • Develop dealer enablement tools, training resources, and communications to support partner success and sales alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

The PowerPusher Marketing Associate is a highly detail-oriented B2B marketing generalist responsible for supporting marketing initiatives within the industrial moving equipment space. This role supports brand growth, product awareness, and revenue generation through a combination of strategic execution and hands-on marketing activities. Trade shows and industry events are a core channel for the business, and this role plays a lead operational role in planning and executing the annual trade show calendar. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for dealers, partners, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
