Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and technical staff to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Produce, edit, and manage company reports, SOQs, RFPs, and proposals.
• Develop marketing collateral and maintain project and company profiles.
• Plan and organize marketing projects to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
• Support seminars, papers, and presentations with engineering input.

This role supports marketing and business development efforts to elevate the firm’s brand and drive growth.

Location: Laconia, NH (71 Water St, Laconia, NH 03246, USA). Travel: up to 20% within New England.

Job Summary

Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in elevating the firm’s brand and driving growth by creating compelling marketing materials and supporting strategic business development initiatives. This position partners with technical and marketing teams to bring ideas to life, strengthen client connections, and showcase the firm’s expertise in meaningful ways. It offers opportunities to grow, make an impact, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all members of the marketing team and technical staff
• Assist in company brand management
• Develop, own, and provide technical/production support for company reports, SOQs, RFPs, and standard proposals, including technical writing, editing, and full production responsibility
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral and business profile information (company profiles, literature, project profiles, advertisements, digital asset management)
• Develop or revise collateral materials for specific business segments, clients, and staff
• Plan, coordinate, and organize projects and marketing production processes to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective completion
• Create and edit standard letter proposals with engineering input for clients
• Create and update standardized information for the department
• Create libraries of marketing, production, and proposal templates
• Assist technical staff in preparing for professional seminars, papers, and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Art degree in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in marketing at an AEC firm (required)

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base hourly range is $28.00 - $38.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role is eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S.-based benefits package, including:
