Job summary

Meyer Laboratory, LLC. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Blue Springs, MO to drive integrated marketing campaigns, manage agency partners, and optimize HubSpot workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, marketing operations, digital marketing, events.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multichannel marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform.
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows, conferences, customer events, or corporate events.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend tactical improvements based on campaign results, audience behavior, and feedback from Sales.
  • Maintain an organized archive of campaign plans, creative assets, performance reports, and lessons learned.

Marketing Coordinator - Blue Springs, MO

Meyer is seeking a results‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role serves as a central point of coordination among internal stakeholders, external marketing agencies, sales teams, and event partners.

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the day‑to‑day execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate external agency deliverables, support the administration and optimization of HubSpot, and manage the planning and execution of tradeshows and company events. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive marketer who can manage multiple workstreams, maintain attention to detail, and translate marketing plans into well‑executed programs.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys both creative and operational work and is comfortable taking ownership of timelines, deliverables, systems, and performance reporting.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management and Execution

  • Coordinate the planning, development, launch, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, content, social media, events, and other channels.
  • Translate campaign strategies into detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, audience segments, channel requirements, dependencies, and responsible parties.
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate the development of campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, advertisements, sales collateral, presentations, case studies, videos, and social media content.
  • Work with internal subject‑matter experts and external partners to gather information, review materials, and secure approvals.
  • Monitor campaign activity and prepare recurring reports on performance, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and business impact.
  • Recommend tactical improvements based on campaign results, audience behavior, and feedback from Sales.
  • Maintain an organized archive of campaign plans, creative assets, performance reports, and lessons learned.

Marketing Agency Oversight and Coordination

  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for marketing agencies, freelancers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate projects involving paid media, SEO/AEO, content development, creative design, website updates, video, and other outsourced marketing services.
  • Maintain a consolidated agency project tracker that documents deliverables, deadlines, status, dependencies, feedback, and approvals.
  • Review agency deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, completeness, and adherence to project requirements before final approval.
  • Consolidate internal feedback and communicate clear, actionable revisions to agency partners.
  • Identify gaps, delays, or risks and elevate them to marketing leadership when appropriate.

HubSpot Management

  • Support the effective use of HubSpot's Marketing Hub and its connections to the company’s broader sales process.
  • Maintain campaign naming conventions, folder structures, tracking standards, and documentation to support consistent reporting.
  • Coordinate audience segmentation using contact, company, location, lifecycle, engagement, and campaign data.
  • Monitor form submissions, lead routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and marketing‑to‑sales handoffs.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure marketing data is usable, accurate, and aligned with CRM processes.
  • Assist with contact and company data imports, list management, segmentation, deduplication, and data‑quality reviews.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, funnel conversion, and sales follow‑up.
  • Monitor email deliverability, subscription status, consent requirements, bounce rates, and database health.
  • Help document HubSpot processes, governance standards, and user instructions.
  • Stay informed about HubSpot product updates and recommend practical improvements to marketing processes and automation.

Tradeshow and Event Management

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, customer events, internal events, and other company‑sponsored programs.
  • Maintain the annual event calendar and manage event deadlines, budgets, registrations, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate booth reservations, sponsorship packages, collateral, promotional items, equipment, and shipping logistics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to determine event goals, target audiences, staffing requirements, messaging, and lead‑generation plans.
  • Manage communications with event organizers, venues, exhibit vendors, freight providers, and other external partners.
  • Coordinate pre‑event promotional campaigns and customer or prospect outreach.
  • Ensure event leads are captured, imported into HubSpot, assigned appropriately, and included in structured post‑event follow‑up.
  • Conduct post‑event reviews and report on attendance, leads, opportunities, engagement, costs, and overall return on investment.
Education and Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of professional experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, marketing operations, digital marketing, event management, or a related discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience coordinating multichannel marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform.
  • Experience coordinating tradeshows, conferences, customer events, or corporate events.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Travel & Physical Requirements
