Job summary

First Keystone Community Bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Main Office in Berwick to support and coordinate the bank's marketing efforts. The role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to marketing policies, and responsive communication with staff.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications (or related field) and at least three years of marketing experience, with strong analytical and desktop publishing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Minimum of three years' experience in related positions normally required.
• Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and implementing marketing strategy.
• Proficient PC and Desktop Publishing skills.

Job description

First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 160 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a full-time Marketing Coordinator located at our Main Office, 111 W. Front St., Berwick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various duties to support the Bank's marketing function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the marketing function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

Position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. An associate degree with relevant experience may also be acceptable; a minimum of three years' experience in related positions normally required; proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and implementing marketing strategy; proficient PC and Desktop Publishing skills.
