Job summary

First Keystone Community Bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Main Office in Berwick to support and coordinate the bank's marketing efforts. The role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to marketing policies, and responsive communication with staff.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications (or related field) and at least three years of marketing experience, with strong analytical and desktop publishing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant experience may be acceptable.
• Minimum of three years' experience in related positions normally required.
• Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and implementing marketing strategy.
• Proficient PC and Desktop Publishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bank's marketing function with a variety of duties.
• Coordinate work within the Marketing Department and with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures for marketing.
• Communicate with appropriate personnel and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain records and provide assigned reports.
