Position Overview:

Precis is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on an evolving, growing practice. This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Ambler, Pa., headquarters. The Marketing Coordinator works directly with firm leaders, distills complex information, and creates compelling layouts and graphics that drive new business, collaborating with an integrated marketing and business development team and staff from different architecture and engineering disciplines. As a small team, every member contributes to the development and preparation of qualification packages, proposals, collateral materials, and specialty items, and supports and coordinates industry engagement activities.

This role is best suited to an individual with strong graphic design skills, who can actively support social media, video content, and the development of print and electronic collateral materials. Strong writing and editing skills are a valuable complement, contributing to the development and preparation of qualification packages, proposals, website content, and other written materials, but training and professional development are available to build that skill set for the right candidate. This is an active role where the individual has the opportunity to contribute to firm success, make a positive difference to the team, and develop talents and skills for professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop RFQ/RFP responses, including compliance review and layout, coordinating input from technical and management staff through final production and delivery.
• Assist with conceptualization and preparation of print and electronic collateral materials (e.g., brochures, resumes, project narratives, website content).
• Assist with maintaining the project information database.
• Assist with conceptualization, design, and ordering of promotional materials; update and maintain promotional materials inventory and coordinate distribution at events.
• Manage and create content for the firm’s social media accounts including scheduling posts and tracking engagement.
• Draft and distribute internal and external email communications, including tracking recipient metrics and updating distribution lists.
• Support the marketing and business development team with special projects as needed, including coordinating logistics for firm-sponsored events, trade shows, conferences, and professional association programs; attend as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading capabilities.
• Organized and highly attentive to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; preference for a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or graphic design.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing; AEC industry experience and/or familiarity with proposal/qualification coordination, development, and production a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Required proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of social media, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; ability to create video reels on Instagram a plus.
• Familiarity with information/customer relationship management systems such as Unanet, Deltek Vision, or comparable a plus.
• Experience with Constant Contact email marketing a plus.
