Job summary

Adapture is seeking a Marketing Communications & Content Specialist in Atlanta who can turn ideas into polished final products across websites, emails, case studies, and sales collateral.

You’ll partner with Sales and technical experts, create Canva-driven materials, refine messaging, and thoughtfully apply AI to research, drafting, and workflow while maintaining brand voice and quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical topics for a business audience.
• Experience with RFPs/RFIs, B2B tech marketing, SEO, or website content is a plus.
• Portfolio or examples of creative work encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit website copy, blogs, case studies, emails, presentations, sales collateral, event communications, and other marketing content.
• Create professional, on-brand materials using Canva, with a strong eye for layout, typography, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Coordinate and develop RFP, RFI, proposal, and customer questionnaire responses.
• Maintain reusable RFP content, marketing collateral, templates, brand resources, and source materials.
• Partner with Sales and technical subject-matter experts to translate complex information into clear, compelling communications.
• Support website content, SEO initiatives, events, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while taking ownership from initial request through final deliverable.
• Use AI thoughtfully for research, brainstorming, drafting, organization, and workflow efficiency, while independently verifying, editing, and owning the final work.
