Job description

Head of Marketing | Growth & Demand Gen Leader | MBA

Masttro builds software that helps wealthy families and their advisors get a complete, accurate view of their wealth—across banks, investments, private holdings, real estate, and more—and turn that data into clear reporting and insights. Founded in 2010, Masttro is trusted by Family Offices, wealth advisors, and private banks globally, serving 10,000+ end users across 35+ countries. We’re entering a new phase of growth and expanding our team of 180+ specialists across product, engineering, data, sales, client success, and marketing.

What you’ll do
  • Oversee blog & insight content: Write and edit thought leadership content; partner with finance/family office subject matter experts when necessary; collaborate with SEO partners to identify opportunities and topic gaps.
  • Own social strategy + execution: Lead LinkedIn content strategy and day‑to‑day execution (copywriting, posting, engagement, and influencer outreach).
  • Plan & execute webinars & long‑form content: Project manage and produce webinars and eBooks, including ideation, scripting / copywriting, production and publishing.
  • Develop customer stories: Develop case studies in partnership with internal stakeholders (sales and customer success teams).
  • Create & optimize website content: Oversee content for Masttro.com and landing pages, partnering with the web team for implementation.
  • Build & maintain sales collateral: Create sales assets (brochures, decks, talk tracks, FAQs) using inputs from sales, product, and market research.
  • Gather competitive & market insights: Translate competitive research into marketing/sales messages that strengthen our narrative.
  • Performance reporting & iteration: Review content performance across channels, share what worked / what didn’t, and recommend what to test next (partnering with analytics/SEO leads as needed).
You might be a good fit if:
  • You have 5+ years of experience creating content that generates pipeline for a high‑growth complex B2B SaaS company for a sophisticated buyer audience (Fintech industry a plus).
  • You are a strong writer that can deliver with speed and polish.
  • You’ve shipped long‑form content and webinars end‑to‑end (outlines, scripts, speaker coordination, post‑event repurposing).
  • You can produce polished visual assets with limited design support (LinkedIn posts, eBooks, one‑pagers) using tools like Canva.
  • You use AI tools (ChatGPT/Jasper) to move fast while keeping quality and accuracy high.
  • You’re a strong collaborator. You can work effectively with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and customer success, and you’ve supported sales enablement (decks, one‑pagers, talk tracks, FAQs).
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, management or related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
What’s in it for you
  • A role within a high‑growth company, with direct input and ownership of creative direction and in‑market messaging.
  • Remote work will be considered in certain circumstances.
