Job summary

Entech is seeking a Marketing Content & Design Specialist to support our brand, digital presence, and marketing initiatives. You will blend graphic design, content creation, and website management, guiding projects from concept to completion with sales, leadership, and subject matter experts across the organization.

You will design on-brand materials, craft case studies and sales collateral, and help manage our Wix-powered website.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
Experience designing, updating, or maintaining websites, preferably using Wix.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience creating marketing collateral and content for digital and print channels.
The ability to manage projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

Design clean, on-brand social media content and marketing materials.
Create and manage case studies, datasheets, one-pagers, presentations, sales collateral, and written content.
Design, update, and maintain the company website preferably using Wix.
Manage multiple marketing projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Develop strategies for marketing campaigns and execute them from planning through launch.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, align messaging, and manage feedback and approvals.
Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
Support social media, email marketing, internal communications, and other marketing initiatives.
