TransTech Group in Houston, TX is seeking a versatile Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced marketing team supporting a multi-brand industrial organization. You will produce design and content across decks, collateral, digital assets, and trade show materials, often under tight deadlines, while upholding brand standards across eight-plus brands.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design and content creation work is required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or ability to learn marketing automation platforms quickly.
• Proficiency in Canva with brand kit adherence.
• Strong PowerPoint and Canva presentation design skills.
• Two+ years of content creation and graphic design experience in B2B or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design presentation decks, sales decks, and marketing collateral.
• Create graphic content across brochures, case studies, trade show graphics, and social media assets.
• Produce and publish digital content in HubSpot (landing pages, emails, blogs, CTAs).
• Support brand integration across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Ensure brand standards across eight-plus brands and audiences.
• Support development of technical marketing content with subject matter experts.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, product launches, and events.
