Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving Inc. is seeking a marketing support professional to help execute the company’s marketing strategy across social media, campaigns, events, and sales materials.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Growth to turn strategy into high-quality execution across brand materials. The role focuses on maintaining content calendars, producing engaging content, assisting with campaigns, and coordinating event logistics to ensure consistent brand voice and timely

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts across company brands, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring, engagement, and account maintenance.
• Create and edit content including graphics, photos, short-form videos, reels, project highlights, employee features, and company updates.
• Maintain the social media and marketing content calendar and ensure approved content is published consistently and on schedule.
• Coordinate with field teams and internal departments to gather project updates, photos, videos, employee stories, and other content.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard across social channels.
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, print, and sales channels.
• Create and update campaign materials, one-pagers, project profiles, presentations, flyers, email content, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with website updates, newsletters, email marketing, and internal communications.
• Support the Director of Marketing & Growth with research, reporting, coordination, and special projects.
• Assist with trade show, client event, and internal event planning and execution.
• Coordinate logistics including registrations, vendors, promotional materials, signage, shipping, attendee lists, invitations, supplies, setup, and breakdown.
• Help organize pre-event materials and post-event follow-up information.
• Maintain event checklists, timelines, files, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare presentations, one-pagers, project profiles, documents, and marketing materials for client meetings and business development efforts.
• Assist with organizing sales collateral and ensuring current materials are easy for the sales team to access.
• Support sales and recruiting campaigns with content, graphics, communications, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain organized photo, video, project, brand, and marketing asset libraries.
• Track assigned projects and deliverables to ensure marketing requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Help coordinate information and approvals across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Project Management, and other internal teams.
