Wagman seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department in York, PA. The role focuses on content creation for project profiles, award submissions, and marketing materials, with responsibilities spanning communications, CRM updates, photography coordination, and intranet content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in content marketing, graphic design, and layout, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, InDesign and Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Writes creative project narratives for use in profiles and materials.
• Develops and maintains staff resumes and project profiles.
• Creates marketing descriptions for materials and updates the CRM database.
• Coordinates project images, photography, and approvals for marketing.
• Supports social media content strategy and newsletters.
• Coordinates onboarding materials, intranet updates, and internal communications.
• Assists with events, promotions, and attendee communications.
