Capital Vacations on Cape Cod seeks a guest marketing agent who is outgoing, energetic, and people-focused to connect with guests and owners.

The role concentrates on marketing, lead generation, and relationship-building, with commission-based income potential. You will contribute to guest experiences, support sales, and help convey Cape Cod attractions and Capital Vacations offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and certain holidays.
• Commission role is part of the compensation.

Capital Vacations is growing our Cape Cod team and looking for an outgoing, energetic Guest Marketing Agent who knows how to connect with people and create excitement.

This is a guest-facing marketing and lead generation role where your ability to build relationships, generate qualified opportunities, and deliver results can directly impact your earning potential.

Commission centric position with earnings between $65,000 to 100,000K!

What You'll Do

• Engage guests and owners in friendly, professional conversations

Who We're Looking For

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Hospitality or hotels
• Sales or retail
• Automotive
• Lead generation or membership sales
• Events, promotions, or call centers
• Vacation ownership
