Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Marketing Compliance Analyst to help establish the North American Compliance function. You will work within the Brand Team to ensure advertising materials comply with gaming regulations as the business expands.

The role supports building the foundation of this function, guiding Marketing teams, and ensuring all assets pass compliance before going live under a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative role or in project management.
• High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience with building and managing processes for large teams is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with internal teams, external agencies, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Add advertising materials from internal or external teams to the North America Asset Library.
• Track and monitor advertising flight dates in the North America Asset Library.
• Export and organize all advertising materials into the team drive.
• Assist in submitting assets for approval prior to campaigns going live.
• Ensure all assets pass necessary compliance procedures before going live.
• Consult with internal teams for regulators feedback and direction.
• Maintain up-to-date DISCLAIMERS for offers and Responsible Gaming.
• Monitor competitor DISCLAIMERS to identify opportunities for updates.
• Assist in reviewing marketing assets with a compliance lens with external agencies.
• Lead audits to check correct DISCLAIMERS and update gaps as regs change.
• Build and refine internal compliance processes prioritizing record keeping and efficiency.
• Document all compliance procedures and regulator communications.
• Maintain marketing guides for each state/province.
