BrainBalance TMS in Austin, TX invites applications for a Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator. The role focuses on building referral networks with PCPs, therapists, and psychiatrists across Central Texas, while supporting digital campaigns and local listings.

You will coordinate outreach activities, attend events, and report on referral metrics to drive awareness of TMS services in the Austin area. This is a full-time, on-site position with a mission-driven team.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of healthcare marketing or outreach experience.
• Existing relationships with Austin healthcare providers a major plus.
• Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Attend community events, medical conferences, and networking mixers.
• Manage referral partner communications and appreciation programs.
• Coordinate lunch-and-learn sessions for referring offices.

BrainBalance TMS in Austin is hiring a Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to help us reach the thousands of Austinites suffering from treatment-resistant depression who don't know TMS exists. You'll build referral relationships with primary care doctors, therapists, and psychiatrists across Central Texas. We provide the clinical excellence - you help people find us.

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare marketing or outreach experience
