• Coordinate and distribute marketing materials and resources.
• Track activities and referrals in the CRM.
• Collaborate with account management, intake, scheduling, and clinical teams.
• Spend designated days at the Houston facility for marketing initiatives.
• Provide feedback on market trends and growth opportunities.
• Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives.

Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Liaison to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with attorneys, healthcare providers, referral partners, and other community contacts throughout the Houston area while also supporting marketing and outreach efforts within our facility. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, professional, and comfortable spending significant time traveling throughout the community to develop and strengthen referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, law firms, healthcare providers, and referral partners
• Travel throughout the Houston area to conduct in-person visits, meetings, presentations, and outreach activities
• Identify and develop new referral and business opportunities
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing referral partners
• Represent SynapseTBI professionally at networking events, community events, and industry functions
• Educate referral partners and community contacts about SynapseTBI's services and patient care programs
• Coordinate and distribute marketing materials and resources
• Track outreach activities, relationships, referrals, and follow-ups in the company's CRM
• Collaborate with the account management, intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to support referral relationships
• Spend designated days working from the Houston facility to assist with marketing initiatives, meetings, events, and other operational needs
• Provide feedback on market trends, referral sources, and opportunities for growth
• Support the planning and execution of local marketing and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with law firms, attorneys, healthcare providers, or personal injury networks is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional when meeting with new people and presenting information
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a schedule independently
• Comfortable with frequent local travel throughout the Houston area
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working both in the community and within a clinical facility
