Job summary

Precision Psychiatry seeks a dedicated TMS Equipment Specialist to support our network of satellite clinics across Texas. This remote-first position requires weekly travel (up to 40%) to Houston headquarters and sites in Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio.

You'll install, calibrate, maintain and train staff on TMS systems, manage service agreements, and ensure FDA compliance. Travel weekly to clinics nationwide within Texas and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Biomedical engineering/HTM or equivalent background.
• 2+ years of medical device support experience.
• TMS or related neuromodulation experience strongly preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Strong training and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate TMS systems across clinic sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment emergencies.
• Train clinical staff on proper TMS operation and safety.
• Manage equipment service agreements with manufacturers.
• Maintain compliance with FDA and medical device regulations.
• Travel to satellite clinics weekly (Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio).
