Job summary

9amHealth is seeking a Marketing Community Manager to cultivate a credible and supportive member community across online and offline channels. You’ll balance the needs of employers and members, crafting authentic storytelling and consistent engagement at scale.

You’ll own social media presence, plan events, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to translate community insights into real product and communication improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in community management or related marketing role.
• Ability to grow and nurture online communities.
• Strong writing and communication, adaptable voice.
• Experience planning virtual and in-person events.
• Experience with B2B and B2C dynamics and trust-building.
• Data-driven with ability to derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow online and offline member communities.
• Drive engagement across member lifecycle from awareness to retention.
• Cultivate member advocates and ambassadors.
• Manage community platforms and content calendars.
• Respond to questions and surface feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams.
