Harris is seeking a Marketing + Communications Coordinator to support digital presence, email campaigns, SEO, and lobby monitors. The role is temporary (~20 hrs/week through Dec 2026) and focuses on WordPress, Pardot, social media, and content creation in a fast-paced environment.
You will help maintain brand consistency, plan events, and contribute to rebranding efforts during acquisitions. Strong writing and technical curiosity are essential.
The purpose of your role as a Marketing + Communications Coordinator This is a Temporary Position targetting 20 hours per week anticipated to go through December 2026. As a Marketing + Communications Coordinator, you will be a communications generalist who supports Marketing + Communications efforts by maintaining and developing Harris’ digital presence internally and externally through our website, email marketing, SEO, and lobby monitors. This role supports digital marketing initiatives, digital research and development, and supports the efforts of the entire M+C team. We are seeking a driven, diligent individual who is inquisitive, technologically savvy and detail oriented.

Pay Range: $24.28 - $36.42 The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
