Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the North America region's Customer Services and Education and Workforces Solutions teams. You will develop content and digital marketing materials for product launches and maintain intranet content using CMS and SharePoint.

You will coordinate internal communications, assist with reports measuring communications effectiveness, and help manage campaigns, trade shows, and demand generation activities for healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or comparable years of experience.
• 0–2 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing materials (flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations) for a designated product portfolio and upcoming launches.
• Maintain business line Intranet and Internet content using a CMS and SharePoint tools.
• Manage operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintain content libraries and ensure usability for sales.
• Manage and execute internal communication projects such as internal newsletters.
• Support preparation of routine reports and various documents to measure sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
• Coordinate routine projects like trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
• Support project tracking for Marketing Communications.

Join our team as Marketing Communications Specialist supporting the North America region's Customer Services and Education and Workforces Solutions teams. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for a designated product portfolio and upcoming product launches

The base pay range for this position is:

$55,320 - $76,065

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
