Siemens Healthineers in Florida is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the North America Angiography portfolio. You will create content and digital materials, manage intranet/SharePoint content, and coordinate with internal partners to drive product launches.

This role requires a bachelor’s in marketing or communications and 0–2 years in B2B healthcare marketing, along with strong writing, copyediting, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or comparable years of experience.
• 0–2 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare marketing communications.
• Excellent writing and copywriting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing materials (flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations).
• Maintain business line Intranet and Internet content with CMS and SharePoint tools.
• Manage regulatory review process and open job requests for creative services and channel partners.
• Maintain content libraries and ensure usability for sales.
• Assist in internal communication projects such as newsletters.
• Help prepare routine reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate routine projects like trade shows and demand-generation campaigns.
• Support project tracking for Marketing Communications.

Join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist supporting the North America region's Angiography business. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for a designated product portfolio and upcoming product launches
• Maintaining business line Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools
• Managing operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintaining content libraries and ensuring usability for sales
• Managing and executing internal communication projects such as internal newsletters
• Supporting in the preparation of routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness
• Supporting the coordination of routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
• Supporting project tracking for Marketing Communications

The base pay range for this position is:

$60,860 - $83,677

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
