Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Marketing Communications Specialist (MI & D&A) for the North America region will craft content and digital marketing materials for product portfolios and launches, while maintaining intranet/website content via CMS and SharePoint.

You'll manage internal communication projects, support reports on marketing effectiveness, and coordinate trade shows and demand generation campaigns within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or comparable years of experience.
• 0–2 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in healthcare marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing material for a designated product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
• Maintaining business line Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools
• Managing operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintaining content libraries and ensuring usability for sales
• Managing and executing internal communication projects such as internal newsletters
• Supporting in the preparation of routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness
• Supporting the coordination of routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.

Join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist supporting the North America region's Molecular Imaging and Digital & Automation businesses. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Marketing Communications Manager in creating content and digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for a designated product portfolio and upcoming product launches
• Maintaining business line Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools
• Managing operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintaining content libraries and ensuring usability for sales
• Managing and executing internal communication projects such as internal newsletters
• Supporting in the preparation of routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this position is:

$60,860 - $83,677

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
